Chocolate Chip Cookies, The Clean And Delicious Way!
Ingredients- 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter (or hazelnut spread)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (or grapeseed oil works as well)
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 T. water
- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal Quaker oatmeal (large flakes)
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
Mix all the wet ingredients in first… the first 5 ingredients above.
Then incorporate the rest of the stuff in and mix until just blended (don’t mess up the oats).
Drop Tablespoon mounds on a cookie sheet (Makes ~30 cookies) and bake for around 11-14 minutes.
