Well we started out with our warm-up and then since it was a little cool outside, we ran 4 laps inside the gym. Then I had 7 stations that each child worked at for 1 min, and then rotated to the next one. After all 7 stations were done, we skipped a lap and then did the stations a second time.
Station 1: Rope Circle- Fold jumping rope in 1/2. Step over rope, bring it up behind body and over head.
Station 2: Side to Side Jumps
Station 3: Medicine Ball Toss
Station 4: Tricep Dips for the 1st round, and second time around Push-ups using step bench.
Station 5: Step Ups using the bleachers
Station 6: Jump Rope
Station 7: Basketball Dribble- Dribbling in and out of purple boxes using left hand going down, turning around at end and using the right hand to dribble back.
